well being a cook and all i know afew mixes and things that you may like to try out.


Roux (white sauce)
melt some butter into a saucepan and add an equal amount of flower to it, once combined add small amounts of milk untill a smooth texture comes through, continue to add milk or cream untill thickness is as you want it.
(more butter and flour means bigger amount, you can also add food colouring is you dont want it white)

whip some cream up and melt some butter down to a liquid, combine the 2 ingreadiants and add some suger. mix well.
(not too much butter but enoth. after you mix it it will create the perfect textured cream so that when cream goes warm it goes liquid again, but the butter reacts and keeps it fluffy for that big longer. it also makes a nice substance to plaster someone with ).

pie base mix.
mix equil amounts of suger and butter together untill a thick cream texture appears, you then need some flour to dry it out and able to make the base of the dish. roll out and cook.
once cooked (hardish texture) add your pie fillings and have some fun.
(this is for those who are looking to have a messy time but spend that little less as making your own tends to be cheeper)

thick chocolate sauce.
rather simple really. get some fair amount of chocolate and brake up into small piece, then just melt them down and add a liquid to the chocolate (cream is a personal use) and thats it. will stay in a thick gloopy liquid.
